The stake in OVB Holding AG will be transferred from Generali Lebensversicherung Aktiengesellschaft to Generali CEE Holding B.V. as part of an internal restructuring of the Group. As a result, Generali Lebensversicherung Aktiengesellschaft and its direct and indirect parent companies Generali Deutschland AG and Generali-Beteiligungs-GmbH no longer hold any voting rights in OVB Holding AG.
